A mini, magnetic EDC pen for the writers, doodlers and list makers. Designed for the modern pocket and available in Brass or Titanium.

The design follows on from our popular Sharpie Caddy – with quality machining that really works for both the contrasting smooth and gnarled finishes. As with the Caddy, the Neo Pen utilises Neodymium magnets for the lid - useful for storage and use. This wonderful little pen is nicely balanced in the hand for writing and journalling - making it a great tool for your Everyday Carry (EDC).

the story

Design challenges are all part of the fun of bringing an idea to life

Following the success of the Sharpie Caddy we turned our attention to designing an EDC mini pen using the same magnetic lid concept.

The design brief was to make a small pocketable pen that could become full size whilst staying true to the vintage style. We wanted to keep the form factor consistent and the pen well balanced; it’s not just about being able to put the lid on the end of the pen. We also had to consider how the lid would fit on the end without changing the diameter and still give the writer the feeling of a full size pen. These design challenges are all part of the fun of bringing an idea to life.

We successfully launched the Neo pen in 2024 on Kickstarter and was met with great positivity which enabled us to go into manufacturing.
