Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, creative Marketing Assistant to join the Silver Fox Tools team. In this role, you won’t just be "doing social media"—you’ll be the voice of a brand that prides itself on durability and craftsmanship. You will run your own marketing desk with support from the company directors: executing campaigns, managing our digital presence, and ensuring our tools look as good online as they feel in a customer’s hand.
Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing: Help build and proofread frequent newsletters and promotional blasts using our CRM platform.

CRM Flows: Help build and implement “flows” to improve our customers shopping and post shopping experience.

E-Commerce Support: Assist in updating product descriptions and imagery on our website to ensure our catalogue is always accurate and SEO-friendly.
Other Responsibilities

Community Management: Engage with our "Fox Den" community—answering comments, managing DM inquiries, and identifying potential brand ambassadors.

Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor releases, and new tool launches to help us stay ahead of the curve.

Content Coordination: Help manage our social media calendar (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) by capturing "behind-the-scenes" footage and drafting engaging captions.
What You Bring to the Table

The Basics: 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a relevant degree (but a killer portfolio/vibe beats a degree any day).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing apps (CapCut) is a huge plus.

Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to pivot from "technical tool specs" to "on brand relaxed."

Organization: You’re the type of person who finds peace in a well-organized spreadsheet or keep list.

Experience: You love the customer journey and understanding what makes customers return to a brand they love.
